Team and limits

The organization controls who has access to data and which limits apply to the team. Most work data in Reviscan belongs to the active organization.

Team members

In Members, you can see organization members, their email, join date, and role. If you have permission, you can change a member role or invite another person by email.

An invitation contains the organization, target email, and role. When someone accepts it, Reviscan checks whether the invitation is still valid and whether it is being accepted by the right account.

Roles

Reviscan works with organization roles. In the user interface, you will commonly see roles such as owner, admin, and member. The owner role is protected during normal role assignment to avoid accidental ownership transfer.

Plan limits

The plan determines usage limits in Reviscan. In the app, these limits affect things such as:

  • number of revisions,
  • number of team members,
  • available storage,
  • availability of some features, such as assignments or calendar integrations.

When a limit is reached, Reviscan blocks the action or shows a contextual warning. Typical examples include inviting another member after reaching the member limit or uploading an attachment that would exceed storage.

Switching organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them. Switching changes the active projects, revisions, members, limits, and settings.
