Quick start

This page shows the shortest path from an empty account to a tracked revision in Reviscan.

1. Complete your profile and organization

After sign-in, Reviscan checks whether you already have a profile and an active organization. If not, it guides you through profile completion and organization creation. The organization is the workspace where projects, team members, revisions, and plan limits live.

2. Create the first project

Open Projects and choose Create project. A project is the main container for revisions. It can include a name, description, address, optional assignee, and investor.

The investor can be:

  • an existing investor saved in the organization,
  • a new individual investor,
  • a new company with company ID and tax ID.

3. Add a revision

Create a revision from the project detail. Fill in the device, start and end dates, revision status, placement, notes, and optionally the assigned technician. You can also upload attachments while creating the revision.

4. Check the overview

The revision overview shows active revisions, overdue revisions, revisions that need work, and revisions nearing their due date. You can filter by status and sort by dates.

5. Invite the team

In Members, you can invite other people to the organization. Available roles and member count depend on permissions and the current plan.

Next steps

  • If your revisions already live in a spreadsheet, continue with Revision import.
  • If you want to sync deadlines, open Calendars.
  • If you are preparing evidence for inspection, read Revisions.
